ACCOMMODATION IN PAK NAM PRAN

Kite school JOlly Kite offers you to stay in the following cozy and comfortable places of Pak Nam Pran.

In the following season we offer our guests following accommodation options:

1. White Bungalows

You will never find this place on the Internet, it’s too Thai for that. But we can always take a ride to the reception and book a house for you.

This cute and cozy mini hotel is in 7 minutes walk or in one minute ride from the kite spot.

There’s a Thai grocery store and authentic fish restaurant on the other side of the road from the hotel.

Hotel area is small, but very green and fragrant: everywhere on the territory you can see and smell the glorious blooming lilawadee trees.

In the room: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, refrigerator, toilet, shower, terrace. The rooms are cleaned every day. You also have quiet fast wi-fi here.

Sometimes the guests are treated with mangoes and other fruit.

The price includes various bonuses, such as use of bicycles, sun umbrellas, tea, coffee and mini-kitchen.

The only disadvantage of the place is no swimming pool.

Price: 30$ per night for the room.

2. Apartment in a villa with a swimming pool

The apartments are a part of the large villa with a swimming pool located in a closed cottage village. All apartments are light, spacious and clean.

Guests of our kite school very often choose this place, especially if the vacation is planned for a long term (from two weeks to several months).

It takes 2 minutes on foot to get to the seaside from here.

There’s a large swimming pool, sun beds, showers, a small summerhouse and washing machine in the yard of the villa..

All apartments have TV, fans, all necessary kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The prices are indicated for the stay up to a month:

Studio – 650$ (this is a room with all the facilities: kitchen area, toilet and shower)

Single-bedroom apartment  – 700$ (separate bedroom, kitchen-living room, toilet-shower and a terrace)

Double-bedroom apartments – 750$ (a living room, two bedrooms, two toilet-showers, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a terrace)

Disadvantage: cleaning of the apartments is made only once before your arrival.

3. Room in the JOLLY KITE kite house

Since 2016, we offer our students to settle down in our kite-house. This is half a villa with a pool and a pond with fish.

The doors of our house are always open for guests. In the evening we usually gather everybody: to have a look at the photos and videos made during the day and share our impressions. We often make shrimps and squids on grill, watch some films or just communicate.

Our house is not a hotel, but we have one bedroom for guests, which we can rent. The house has two bathrooms, a huge living room and a kitchen. In all of the room there is a TV, a washing machine and air conditioning. There are always 3 people in the house – 3 kite school instructors and two dachshunds.

We offer to stay in our house for 20$ per night for the room (2 people can easily stay there).

Distance from the beach: 2 km (about 2 minutes on a motorbike).

4. Villa in a cottage village

Cottage village is located 1 km from the kite spot. This is a private area with a gym, table tennis and a swimming pool for residents of the village.

You can rent a house only for a long term stay (starting from one month).

The price starts from 1200$ per month + charges for electricity and water (around 100$ per month).

Usually the house has 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. In the village there are bigger houses also. All the village has a good wi-fi coverage.

Nearby there is a restaurant, a cafe and a shop.

All houses must be booked in advance.

Tropical Sea View (this is an option for large families, or for companies of 3-4 couples, mainly for a month)
